Ryan Slater is the newest addition to the Valley Apartment Sales Group. Prior to joining the team, he received his master's degree from UPenn and his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. He is fluent in French and currently studying Spanish.
His main responsibilities are preparing offering memorandums, meeting vendors, and ensuring that each client receives unparalleled treatment while they are buying or selling their properties.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering, studying Spanish, reading novels, and hiking.
Adam Zunder specializes in the sale and exchange of Multi-Family Investment Properties. His primary focus is in the major submarkets of Los Angeles with an emphasis in the San Fernando Valley.
Adam’s expertise is based on his extensive and systematic approach to research and business development in the above marketplaces. He was mentored by a team with over thirty years of continuous success in and around the area and over One Billion in Real Estate Sales. He can accurately price and market properties in a manner far superior to the competition. His business style is committed to client satisfaction, the delivery of service as a market expert, and exceeding the expectations of property owners and investors. As an expert, he is responsible for the new business development, financial analysis, market research, marketing, and client and escrow management.
Adam joined KW Commercial’s Studio City office in early 2009. Prior to KW Commercial, he worked for five years at Nationwide Wholesale, one of Los Angeles’s premier Mortgage Banking companies. As a Vice President, he received numerous sales awards and was one of the company’s top producers, with over $125 million in loans funded. Adam’s passion for real estate and his professional sales background, along with his extensive knowledge of public relations, marketing, and advertising, made the transition to commercial real estate a natural one. Before real estate, Adam worked in the entertainment industry on feature films and also spent time in the prestigious agent training program at The Gersh Agency in Beverly Hills.
Shawn Miller has been a constant star in the real estate field and his experience, training, and integrity are un paralleled in the real estate industry. Some of his awards and professional accomplishments are “Rookie of the year” 1989, “Realtor of the year” 1999, President of Burbank Association of Realtors 2000. He has been a licensed agent since 1989 and a licensed broker since 1997. He was a co-owner and manager of RR Gable Real Estate and Fred Sands First Class Real Estate in Burbank.
His main responsibilities are to ensure every 1031 exchange is successfully completed and is responsible for new business development. Shawn has worked with Cindy in the real estate industry for over 20 years.
He has served on the following professional and community committees: Burbank Center for the Retarded trustee, Big Brothers of L.A., and Pasadena Fire EMS Reserves. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters while coaching the local High School Mountain Bike Team, studying Spanish, and flying.
Stacy Danfifer is responsible for all marketing materials on listings, which includes email blasts, postcards, and direct mail marketing.
His keen eye makes sure that every property is put in the best light possible and that all marketing platforms are utilized which ensures top dollar for sellers.
Alma Alvarado is a certified Transaction Coordinator and has overseen over 2,000 successful closings, and is well versed in all aspects of commercial transactions. Her attention to detail and organization capabilities are impeccable. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pace University with a strong background in finance and accounting. Alma is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Dutch. She loves to explore different cities, but Los Angeles will always be her favorite.
